Create a New Return Location/ Customize the Selected Return Location

Login return locations determine where users go after their login is processed. Generally, these are only used with secured areas of otherwise insecure systems. The feature allows you to create a link that when accessed, is first intercepted by the login process, where the user is required to enter a valid userid and pin. After the user sucessfully logs in, they are take to the specified page.

To create a new return location or customize an existing one:

  1. Enter information into these fields. Required fields are identified with an *.
  2. Select Submit Changes to save the information entered. Select Reset All Fields to reset the information to the last saved version.

Required Field Description
* Return Code The return code appears in the login screen URL. If you are creating a new return location, this field is required. Enter a single-letter code for the location. If you are customizing a return location, this information is displayed by default.
This is the code that is used on the url to determine which login return location is activated. For example:
* Description Enter a description for the return location. This description will appear in the drop-down list when you are customizing a return location.
* Return Location Select either the procedure or the menu that the user proceeds to after logging in.
  Location is Select the radio button to designate whether the location is a web menu or web procedure.
