The Faculty Update Address Information page allows you to select the type of address that you want to update or add.
Any address type that has been designated by your institution as "Updatable" will be displayed in the pull-down list. When you have selected the type of address you want, click on the Update Address button and the existing address will be displayed for you. If no address is displayed it indicates that this type of address does not currently exist on file. You may then enter the new address in the fields provided. When the new information has been entered, click on the Submit Changes button.
